Well that’s the Heart Beat of this Morning Message ARE YOU CAUGHT UP IN THANKS BUT NO GIVING so if you would turn with me to Nehemiah ``:15-18 (Message Bible) Luke 6:38 (KJ)Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. This morning I want to take time and truly remind us of the True meaning of Thanksgiving it’s the aspect of praise that gives thanks to God for what He does for us. Ideally, Thanksgiving should spring from a Grateful heart; but it is required of their initial attitude 1 Thessalonians 5:18The Message (MSG) Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live. 1 Thessalonians 5:18King James Version (KJV) In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. We should be Grateful to God for all Things Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; what I`m saying is that to many time we are looking to say thanks but want give nothing many will have family come to your house to eat but want even bring sodas and every year they do the same thing but this year why not blow the minds by bring something when you come even with God we keep saying Thank You but want bring God anything I mean He wakes you up every morning some He`s given you a great job, some you got the house in spite of your credit report some got the child you always wanted some He bought peace you`re starting to get the picture so after all He`s done (you fill in your own thing)  and you still come and eat week after week day after day minute after minute second after second and you still don’t do nothing at lease give Him His Tithe and Offering I know you didn’t want to hear that now before you start and don’t get it twisted this isn’t about money it`s about ARE YOU CAUGHT UP IN THANKS BUT KNOW GIVING My Brothers and Sisters look around there`s people around you that you know want have anyone to share Thanksgiving with and Church Folks want even invite them those of us that claim to be Christians now I`m not talking to those who are just Church goers I`m talking to the Born Again The Saved Folks that say they’re in the Church need to be better about what and how we are treating people sad thing is there are many Pastors that want even invite them but yet You want their tithe and Offering as Leader we all have to do better because my Bible tells me that the Pastors, (Bishops, Apostle those that are in the Office of a Pastor) are our Fathers and they should treat us as if we are their very own children Jeremiah 3:15 (Amp) And I will give you [spiritual] shepherds after My own heart [in the final time], who will feed you with knowledge and understanding and judgment. (KJ)15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.(CEB) ¹⁵ I will appoint shepherds with whom I’m pleased, and they will lead you with knowledge and understanding. Jesus went out and invited so when you see are hear about a member of the body acting a certain way Leaders check out the way you are doing things because truth is children we do what they see not all ways what they hear. So to all this Thanksgiving take a moment and just stop and say Thank You Lord and do this while you sitting around the table with your guest before one plate is pass before yea before yea before take a little time and really look around see who you are able to spend this THANKSGIVING with you know the one`s that you invited are they invited you not just today and realize that there are those who was here last year but not here this year. There were some who was sick and unable to come last year but God heal them and there here this year and while you`re at thank on our Military who`s out there fighting for our freedom. I don’t know about you but after all God has done for me and my family I have to stop not just for Thanksgiving but for every day of my life, so let me stop and you may join with me if you like but I got give God some Glory. Maybe you have someone that`s out of town stop and pick up the phone and call that love, that friend just take time and let`s not take another moment for granted and realizing Thanksgiving is more than eating Turkey with all the trimmings and a couple of football and basketball games it`s about family and friends sharing precious memories that God has made possible. So asks yourself ARE YOU CAUGHT UP IN THANKS BUT NO GIVING Well as always I wouldn’t want to miss out on a loss soul so if you’re not saved you can fix that now by Repenting for your wrong doings (sin) and Confessing with your mouth that Jesus is the Son of God and Believing in your Heart ( Having Faith) that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and that God raise Jesus from the dead and now sit at the Right Hand of The Father and the Bible says you are Saved it`s not about a filling it`s about a Fact.
